We only collect the following data that you voluntarily provide:

• Email address – provided during registration; used for authentication and account recovery.
• First and last name – provided when you fill out your profile; used solely for display within the app interface.

We do not collect, store, or process any other personal data.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively for:

• Identifying you and enabling login to the app.
• Restoring access to your account if you forget your password.
• Displaying your name in the app interface.

We never share your data with third parties, nor do we use it for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in encrypted form on secured servers provided by Supabase (our hosting service). We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4. Data retention
We retain your data as long as you actively use the app. When you delete your account (via the settings screen), all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
5. Your rights under GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access – request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure – delete your account and all related data (you can do this directly in the app).
• Right to restriction of processing – temporarily limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object – object to the processing of your data.
• Right to withdraw consent – withdraw your consent at any time.

6. International data transfers
Your data may be stored on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Supabase ensures adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other GDPR‑compliant mechanisms.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app. Continuing to use the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
